Homebuyer Seminar with Mortgage and Financing Information

The first Tuesday of every month, Elsie Kempsey and Julie Ludovico, along with Direct Lending Group, will hold a seminar to educate buyers on different financing programs, as well as an opportunity to view homes.

Carla Gonzalez from Direct Lending Group will be on hand to answer all questions on financing and to advise of the many programs (government, etc.) that are out there to assist in purchasing your home. Carla will also explain FHA, USDA, Conventional Loans and many more details about today's guidelines.

Elsie Kempsey and Julie Ludovico will be happy to give lists of foreclosure homes, HUD homes and realistically priced homes. Tropic Shores Realty is a registered HUD brokerage and you need a registered HUD agent like Elsie & Juie to bid on these homes. It is a complicated procedure and we are trained to sell HUD homes and assist you in this type of process, should you choose a HUD home.
