Born and raised in Southeastern Massachusetts, David graduated with a BS Science degree from Umass Dartmouth in 1978-1981. Started his career in Real Estate, became an investor in 1984 and owned/ managed over 130 units and has been through 3 roller coaster markets in 25 years. Moved to Spring Hill Fl in 2016 and joined Tropic Shores Realty. His dedication to his clients, hard work ethic and market knowledge are his key attributes that have place him a step ahead of the rest.
